1998: graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial Order of the Red Star School named after General of the Army A.V. Khrulev.

Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career

1998–2012: held various positions at Bank of Russia field institutions.

2012–2013: Deputy Head of the main cash and settlement centre of the Bank of Russia Branch for the Magadan Region, Magadan.

2013–2015: First Deputy Head of the Bank of Russia Branch for the Magadan Region, Magadan.

2015–2020: Deputy Head, acting Head, Head of the Magadan Division of the Far Eastern Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

2020–2022: Deputy Head of the Far Eastern Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Since 21 July 2022: Head of the Bank of Russia Field Institutions Department.
