Debt securities. The amount of outstanding bonds as of March 31, 2026, was 69,8 trillion rubles. In March, the corporate sector’s bond debt increased by 4% to 35 trillion rubles, mainly due to new issues of corporations of non-financial sector.

Shares of resident issuers. The total value of listed shares issued in domestic market amounted to 47,4 trillion rubles, the share of non-financial corporations was 68% of the total. In March, the revaluation of the value of listed shares was positive, mainly due to rise of stock prices of corporations of mining and quarrying.

Debt securities, bln rubles

New bond issuance volume totalled 1,6 trillion rubles, primarily due to the other financial corporations (893 billion rubles). The foreign currency bond share increased to 10,9%, with the largest volume in USD-nominated bonds (4,6 trillion rubles total) and Yuan-nominated bonds (2,2 trillion rubles total). RUONIA rate (RUONIA and RUONIA Average) remains the dominant benchmark interest rate type for variable rate bonds - 43% (30 and 13%).

Information on the amount of securities issued in domestic market broken down by debt securities and listed shares is published on the Bank of Russia website on a monthly basis. Information on the amount of debt securities issued in domestic market is broken down by currency types (in rubles and foreign currency), maturity, interest rate type (fixed and variable), benchmark type (for variable interest rate), issuer economic activity and sector, and published at nominal and market values.

Information on amount outstanding of listed shares of resident issuers is compiled broken down by the following sectors and subsectors: other depository corporations, non-financial corporations, other financial corporations, insurance corporations.

Listed shares are those that are admitted for trading and included in Quotation lists (Level One and Level Two) on the Moscow Exchange. They are estimated at market value according to the Moscow Exchange data.

Unlisted shares include admitted for trading third level of Quotation lists shares and unlisted shares.
