to the left - the scheme of the rocket engine, in the centre -the space rocket system "Energiya-Buran", below - dates in two lines: "1908" and "1989"; to the right - the portrait of V.P. Glushko, below to the right - the semicircular inscription: "В.П. ГЛУШКО" (V.P. GLUSHKO).

Valentin Petrovich Glushko (1908-1989) - scientist, member of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union, initiator of the soviet liquid fuel rocket engine construction. He was the very first in the world constructor of electro-thermal rocket engine and liquid fuel rocket engines (1930-1931), which have been installed in many home space rockets.
