Bank of Russia Payment System / Financial Messaging System operation before and during New Year holidays

The Bank of Russia advises that its Payment System / Financial Messaging System will run on 30-31 December 2018, 3-4, 6 and 8 January 2019 as scheduled, delivering customer service.

Please be further advised that no hard-copy payment orders or payment orders to Bank of Russia field institutions will be accepted in the Bank of Russia Payment System on these days.

Cash services will be available on 30-31 December 2018, 3 and 6 January 2019 in accordance with respective operating schedules.
