the mirror field of the disc bears a relief image of the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation, over it along the rim there is the semicircular inscription ‘РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ’ (RUSSIAN FEDERATION) framed on both sides by doubled rhombuses, below under the coat of arms there are indications of the precious metal and its fineness on the left and the fine metal content and the mint trade mark on the right, at the bottom in the centre, in three lines, there is an inscription ‘БАНК РОССИИ’ (BANK OF RUSSIA), the denomination of the coin ‘3 РУБЛЯ’ (3 RUBLES), and the year of issue ‘2020 г.’ (2020).

Reverse

The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) is an international alliance created on 15 June 2001 by the leaders of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. Currently, the SCO unites Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, with Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran, and Mongolia enjoying the status of its observer states. The SCO summit will be held on 10 November 2020. During the meeting, the leaders will discuss issues of further strengthening and deepening cooperation within the SCO, taking into consideration the global political and socio-economic consequences of the new coronavirus pandemic.

BRICS is an informal association of five major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. It was founded in June 2006. The BRICS summit will be held on 17 November 2020. The theme of the summit is BRICS Partnership for Global Stability, Common Security and Innovative Growth.
