The I.V. Russakov House of Culture, XXth century, Moscow
Obverse
in the centre – the Emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, lower – the semicircular inscription – «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim: at the top – «ТРИ РУБЛЯ» (THREE RUBLES), at the bottom – the year of issue «2005», the letters to the left indicate the metal sign and the fineness, to the right – the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.
Reverse
the image of a club building, the date in two lines to the left under it – «ХХ век» (XXth century). The inscription to the right «г. МОСКВА» (MOSCOW), the inscription at the top along the rim: «ДОМ КУЛЬТУРЫ ИМЕНИ И.В. РУСАКОВА» (THE I.V. RUSSAKOV HOUSE OF CULTURE).

The I.V. Russakov House of Culture (work-club) is one of the most peculiar monuments of world architecture. It was built in the style of Constructionism in 1927-1929 in Moscow according to the design of the architect K.S. Melnikov.
