Obverse
in the centre - the Emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, lower - the semicircular inscription - "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA)) framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim: at the top - "ТРИ РУБЛЯ" (THREE RUBLES), at the bottom - the year of issue "2002", the letters to the left indicate the metal sign and the fineness , to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.
Reverse
to the left - the Church of the Savior Miraculous. to the right - the bell tower. The inscriptions along the rim: at the top - "ЦЕРКОВЬ СПАСА НЕРУКОТВОРНОГО XVIII ВЕК" (THE CHURCH OF THE SAVIOR MIRACULOUS THE XVIIIth CENTURY), at the bottom -"СЕЛО ВОРОНОВО" (VORONOVO VILLAGE).

The Church of the Savior Miraculous and the separate bell tower, which is 62 meters high, are a vivid monument of the Russian Baroque created in the XVIIIth century in the Voronovo village (the Moscow Region) after the design of the architect K.I. Blanck.
