in the center — the Emblem of the Bank of Russia (the two headed eagle designed by I.Bilibin, lower — the semicircular inscription — «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA) framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim:at the top —«ТРИ РУБЛЯ» (THREE RUBLES), at the bottom — «1999», the letters to the left indicate the metal sign and the fineness, to the right — the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

the picture of architectural monuments of the Kuskovo Country Estate: to the left — a palace, to the right — a white stone sculpture and the pavilion «The Grotto», in the background —the pavilion «The Hothouse».The inscription at the top along the rim: «УСАДЬБА КУСКОВО» (THE KUSKOVO COUNTRY ESTATE) and the date «XVIII в.» (XVIII-th century).

The Kuskovo Country Estate is an example of the Russian art culture of the XVIIIth century. It was constructed during 40 years by the count P.B.Sheremetev as summer country pleasure residence. The Kuskovo Country Estate is only one Russian architectural and park ensemble of the XVIIIth century which has been preserved almost invariable up to our days.
