in the centre - the emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, under it - the semicircular inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim - on top: "ДВА РУБЛЯ" (TWO RUBLES), below: to the left - indications of the precious metal and its fineness, in the centre - the year of issue "2012 г." (2012), to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.

Reverse

in the centre on the mirror surface - the portrait of P.A. Stolypin in full-dress against the peasant farmsteads, to the right and to the left of the portrait along the rim - matted images of documents on officially stamped papers, on them below to the left - the semicircular inscription: - "П.А. СТОЛЫПИН" (P.A. STOLYPIN) to the right - dates: "1862-1911".
