1 When making a cross-border funds transfer via the Faster Payment Service (FPSCBT) from the Russian Federation, this fee is paid by a payer who is a FPS participant and serves a payer. When making an FPSCBT to the Russian Federation, this fee is paid by a payer, an FPS participant, who received an instruction to transfer funds from a payer’s foreign bank, intermediary bank, or an indirect participant with access to the FPSCBT. For operation types CTPH, CTRT, CTRB in accordance with UFEBM Album.
