Alexey Guznov is appointed as State Secretary — Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia effective from 17 January 2022. In this capacity, he will supervise the issues of interaction between the Bank of Russia and the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, interaction with the federal government bodies, and the issues of ensuring legal support for Bank of Russia activities. Alexey Guznov shall also directly supervise the work of the Legal Department.
