Information on calculating and publishing RUONIA during New Year holidays

The Bank of Russia has made the decision not to calculate and publish the RUONIA (Ruble Overnight Index Average) rate for 30 December 2025.
RUONIA for 12 January 2026 will be calculated and published on 13 January 2026. Beginning on 13 January 2026, RUONIA will be calculated and published as normal.
The RUONIA Index and Averages for the period from 30 December 2025 through 12 January 2026 will be calculated and published on 30 December 2025. Beginning on 13 January 2026, the RUONIA Index and Averages will be calculated and published as normal.
