Zulfia Kakhrumanova appointed as Bank of Russia Deputy Governor

Zulfia Kakhrumanova, Director of the Information Technology Department, has been appointed as Bank of Russia Deputy Governor from 2 December 2024.

In this position, she will coordinate and control the work of the Information Technology Department, the Financial Technology Department, and the Market Services Department.

Simultaneously, from 2 December 2024, First Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia Dmitry Tulin will start to coordinate and control the work of the National Payment System Department.
