Bank of Russia divests from Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation

VTB Bank (PJSC) has fulfilled all its obligations to the Bank of Russia to pay for the shares of Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation (Public Joint-Stock Company) (Registration No. 2209).

Pursuant to the signed agreement on selling Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation (Public Joint-Stock Company), the Bank of Russia has transferred 100% of Otkritie shares to VTB Bank (PJSC).
