On calculating and publishing RUONIA during New Year holidays

The Bank of Russia has made the decision not to calculate and publish the RUONIA (Ruble Overnight Index Average) rate for 30 December 2022.
RUONIA for 9 January 2023 will be calculated and published on 10 January 2023.
Beginning on 10 January 2023, RUONIA will be calculated and published as normal.
