On termination of activity of provisional administration

The Bank of Russia terminated the activity of the provisional administration of Regional Insurance Centre, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3621; location: 1 Volokolamskoe Shosse, bldg. 1, Moscow, 125080; TIN: 7713303949, PSRN: 1027700051620; hereinafter, the Company) from 3 December 2015.

The activity of the provisional administration has been terminated due to the expiry of authority of the provisional administration and the achievement of its purpose.

Timofey Samatoev (mailing address: 3 Ostapovsky proezd, bldg. 6, office 201, 208, Moscow, 109316, for T.V. Samatoev), member of the non-profit partnership Self-regulatory Organisation of Receivers of the Central Federal District (location: 3 Ostapovsky proezd, bldg. 6, office 201, 208, Moscow, 109316) headed the provisional administration.
