On Bank of Russia decisions of 31 December 2014
On 31 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to the Rules and Regulations of the specialised depository (when servicing a non-governmental pension fund (its management company/management companies) acting as an insurer under mandatory pension insurance) of Specialised Depository Company Garant, limited liability company (Moscow);
to the Pension Rules of Non-governmental Pension Fund of Metallurgists, open joint-stock company (Moscow);
to the Pension Rules of the Non-governmental Pension Fund GAZFOND (Moscow);
to the rules of trust management of:
the closed-end real estate unit investment fund Vertikal managed by TRINFICO Property Management, limited liability company;
the closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund DE Fund managed by PROMSVYAZ Management Company, limited liability company;
the closed-end real estate unit investment fund Odyssey Real Estate managed by PROMSVYAZ Management Company, limited liability company;
the closed-end mixed investments unit investment fund Dostoyanie managed by Unison Trust, limited liability company;
the closed-end rental unit investment fund Vozrozhdeniye Podmoskoviya managed by Russian Investment Club Management Company, limited liability company;

To issue a licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to Kaliningrad-based GS Capital Management Company, limited liability company, and to register the Internal Control Rules of GS Capital Management Company.
