On approving reports on the termination of activity of a closed-end unit investment fund

On 24 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to approve a report on the termination of activity of the following entities:
— closed-end unit investment fund of venture investments ‘Regional Venture Fund of Investments in Small Scientific and Technical Companies in the Perm Territory’ managed by Allianz Investments, joint-stock company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;
— closed-end blend unit investment fund Renprom managed by Renaissance Investment Management, limited liability company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.
