On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management issued to the following entities:

Investment Company Armada, limited liability company;

BK Invest, limited liability company;

Investment Company Olymp Capital, limited liability company;

Investment Company Extra Trade, limited liability company;

Investment Company Lotus Capital, limited liability company.

The reason to take this decision was repeated violations by these organisations of the requirements of Russian securities legislation over the year, including their opposing to audits.
