On securities issue

On 26 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To recognize invalid the issue of the non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds series БО-01 of the joint-stock company Gazprom Gasenergoset with the identification number 4В02-01-04979-А dated 25 September 2009;

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the joint-stock company INK-STROI placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-54414-Н-001D;

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the joint-stock company Aviaagregat placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00402-Е-001D;

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund ´Pension Fund of Commerce and Industry´ placed through allocation of shares;

To register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the joint-stock company Shvabe placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 1-01-14151-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company United Shipbuilding Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55331-Е-008D;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Sakhalin Energy Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32890-F-005D;

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Scientific-Production Enterprise ´Salyut´ placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13953-А-003D;

To register the issue and a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company GT-Energo placed through the purchase of shares by its only founder,

To assign state registration number 1-01-50239-А to the additional issue of securities;

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Minor Hydroelectric Plants of Kabardino-Balkaria placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-35034-Е-002D;

To register the additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Geofinance placed through private subscription,

To assign state registration number 1-01-70457-H-001D to the additional issue of securities;

To register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund UGMK-Perspektiva placed through allocation of shares,

To assign state registration number 1-01-50232-А to the additional issue of securities.
