On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 15 December 2014, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Settlement Non-Bank Credit Institution Interbank Settlement Centre, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3400-K, date of registration is 18 March 2002) and the appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3745, dated 30 December 2014) to terminate from 31 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Settlement Non-Bank Credit Institution Interbank Settlement Centre, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3019, dated 27 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Settlement Non-Bank Credit Institution Interbank Settlement Centre, limited liability company, or SNCI ISC LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
