On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 115-116 (1593-1594) of 30 December 2014 has been released.

The issue publishes Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3468-U, dated 2 December 2014, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 2332-U, Dated 12 November 2009, ‘On a List, Forms of and Procedure for Compiling and Submitting by Credit Institutions Statements to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’ (is effective from 31 December 2014, except for sub-points 1.1.1-1.1.19, 1.1.21-1.1.61, 1.2.1-1.2.16, 1.2.19-1.2.21, 1.1.23, 1.2.24 of Point 1.

Sub-points 1.1.1-1.1.19, 1.1.21-1.1.27, 1.1.29-1.1.31, 1.1.33-1.1.38, 1.1.40-1.1.61, 1.2.1-1.2.7, 1.2.9, 1.2.11-1.2.13, 1.2.15, 1.2.16, 1.2.19-1.2.21, 1.2.24 of Point 1 of this Ordinance come into force from 1 January 2015.

Sub-points 1.1.39 and 1.2.10 of Point 1 of this Ordinance are effective from 1 February 2015.

Sub-points 1.1.28, 1.1.32, 1.2.8, 1.2.14 of Point 1 of this Ordinance come into force from 1 April 2015.

Sub-point 1.2.23 of Point 1 of this Ordinance is effective from 1 July 2015).
