On securities issue

On 31 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Retail Chain APTECHKA placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11767-А-002D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Rust Russia placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-42186-Н-004D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the result of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Siburtyumengaz placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-50048-А-003D;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the result of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company State Transport Leasing Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32432-Н-002D;

to register a report on the result of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Aviator placed through exchange of a share in the authorised capital of the reorganised limited liability company into shares of the joint-stock company, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50330-А;

to register a report on the result of the issue of privileged registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 2-01-65045-D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Federal Passenger Company, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-55465-E.
