On 29 December 2015, the Bank of Russia decided to cancel licence of professional securities market participant to carry out securities management issued to the closed joint-stock company Astercom Management Company (TIN: 7719273031; PSRN 1037719026113). The reason to take this decision was the repeated violations over the past year of requirements of the Russian securities legislation.
