On cancelling licence of management company

On 29 December 2015, following the repeated violations of the Russian legislation the Bank of Russia decided to cancel licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds No. 21-000-1-00599, dated 12 November 2008, issued by the Federal Financial Markets Service to the closed joint-stock company Astercom Management Company.

The Company repeatedly over the past year failed to meet Bank of Russia instructions when conducted the activity envisaged by the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, and is not located at the registered address.
