On Bank of Russia decisions

On 24 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments to the Pension Rules of the non-governmental pension fund GAZFOND (the city of Moscow);

to register amendments to the Insurance Rules of the non-governmental pension fund European Pension Fund (joint-stock company) (the city of Moscow);

to reissue the documents which confirm the licences to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of the following entities:

Management Company PROMSVYAZ, limited liability company (the city of Moscow) due to a change of location;

Joint-stock company Management Company Business and Investments (the city of Moscow) due to a change of name (formerly the closed joint-stock company Management Company Business and Investments);

to reissue the document which confirms the licence to perform as a specialised depository of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of the joint-stock company Depository Company REGION (the city of Moscow) due to a change of name (formerly the closed joint-stock company Depository Company REGION) and location.
