On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3448-U, dated 20 November 2014

The Bank of Russia issued its Ordinance No. 3448-U, dated 20 November 2014, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 2333-U, Dated 12 November 2009, ‘On the Procedure for Bank of Russia Decision-Making on the State Registration of Amendments to the Charter of a Bank, and on the Procedure for Obtaining Bank of Russia Prior Consent to Purchase Preferred Stocks from the Russian Federation within Capitalisation Increase Procedures’ registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 17 December 2014 under No. 35224.

The Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3448-U is prepared to transfer to making, storing and using legal files of credit institutions in an electronic form. It makes amendments to Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 2333-U, dated 12 November 2009, specifying the procedure for sending by credit institutions electronic documents to the Bank of Russia.
