On lifting imposed ban to conduct certain operations of non-governmental pension fund

The Bank of Russia decided to lift the earlier imposed ban to conduct certain operations by the Non-governmental pension fund Imperia, taking into consideration the fund’s fulfilling the requirements of the Bank of Russia’s order on eliminating violations of the Russian legislation with regard to increasing the amount of property required to conduct statutory activity as established by the legislation on non-governmental pension funds.
