On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to perform broker and dealer activities and securities management issued to the closed joint-stock company TKB Capital.

The reason to take this decision was repeated violations within a year of the requirements of the Russian securities legislation and legislation on countering the legalisation (laundering) of criminally obtained incomes and the financing of terrorism.
