On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow of 10 July 2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank EDINSTVENNYI (limited liability company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3187, date of registration — 26 December 1994), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1742, dated 22 July 2015) to terminate from 23 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank EDINSTVENNYI (limited liability company), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-889, dated 24 April 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank EDINSTVENNYI (Limited Liability Company) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
