On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 28 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

joint-stock company Nord-Capital Management Company (the city of Moscow), to carry out securities management due to a change of name and location;

joint-stock commercial bank Transstroibank (JSC) (the city of Moscow), to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of name;

Horizon Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out securities management due to a change of location;

joint-stock company Commercial Bank Rublev (the city of Moscow), to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

public joint-stock company commercial bank Ural Financial House (the city of Perm), to carry out dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

public joint-stock company Northern People’s Bank (the city of Syktyvkar), to carry out broker, dealer, depository activity and securities management due to a change of name.
