Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-786, dated 13 April 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Transnational Bank, Limited Liability Company, or CB Transnational Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1490, dated 29 June 2015) to withdraw L.V. Marunina, Ye.G. Maksimova, V.A. Gryaznov, O.P. Kuznetsova, T.S. Filatova, O.A. Larina, A.I. Perelygina, N.N. Gamova, Ye.Yu. Kondratieva, S.A. Zhbanenkova, Ye.M. Pasynkova, I.A. Timoshchuk, M.I. Romanova, L.V. Ukolova, G.A. Ilina, O.M. Antonenko, I.L. Filimonova, S.Yu. Bozhenova, M.V. Sudakova, O.N. Selezneva, S.P. Lipatova, S.I. Shibaleva, Yu.V. Chebotar, Yu.N. Kuznetsova, V.G. Borovskiy, Zh.V. Bronnikova, and A.V. Tormyshov from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Transnational Bank, limited liability company, from 30 June 2015
