On rules of trust management
On 29 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
The Third Reserve, interval mixed unit investment fund managed by United Reserve Funds Asset Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of the specialised depositary and the registrar of owners of investment units of the fund;
REGION Commercial Real Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by UNIVER Management, limited liability company;
to strike off from the register of unit investment funds information on the closed joint-stock company Commercial Bank Citibank acting as an agent for the issuance, redemption and exchange of investment units of the following unit investment funds managed by the joint-stock company April Capital Management Company:
Allianz — Equities, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company Allianz Investments;
Allianz — Bonds, open-end bond unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company Allianz Investments;
Allianz — Balanced, open-end mixed unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company Allianz Investments;
Allianz — Shares of Primary Industry Companies, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company Allianz Investments;

to strike off from the register of unit investment funds information on the public joint-stock company MTS-Bank acting as an agent for the issuance, redemption and exchange of investment units of the following unit investment funds managed by the joint-stock company April Capital Management Company:

to strike off RT-Invest Global Technology II, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by RT-Invest, limited liability company, from the register of unit investment funds.
