On cancelling licences of professional securities market participants

On 29 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to cancel licences of professional securities market participants of the following entities:
DIAMAND Financial Group, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management;
Centurion Invest, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity.
The reasons to take these decisions were repeated violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation.
