On securities issue

On 28 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research and Production Corporation BIORAN (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11652-А-001D, dated 25 December 2007.

To recognise the said issue as invalid, and to cancel its state registration;

to refuse to register a report on the results of the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based NewHowTrade, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36454-R.

To recognise the said issue as invalid, and to cancel its state registration;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company KAMAZ Leasing Company (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-56828-D-005D;

to register an issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Mortgage Agent Vozrozhdenie 4 placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36472-R to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Novosibirsk-based joint-stock company Novosibirsk Plant of Semiconductor Devices with SDB placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-13096-F-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Hydroinvest (the Republic of Bashkortostan) placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-04339-D-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Rosgeo placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-09835-А-005D to the additional issue of securities;

to register reports on the results of the issue of class B1, B2 and B3 non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Multioriginators Mortgage Agent 1 placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-01-82069-Н, 4-02-82069-Н и 4-03-82069-Н;

to register reports on the results of the issue of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Multioriginators Mortgage Agent 1 placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-04-82069-Н;

to register reports on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Votkinsky Zavod (the Udmurt Republic) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55471-Е-005D;

to register reports on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Federal Passenger Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-55465-Е-003D.
