On 29 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of Allianz Non-State Pension Fund through conversion into a joint-stock company Allianz Non-State Pension Fund, to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Allianz Non-State Pension Fund, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Allianz Non-State Pension Fund.
