The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management of Ursa Capital, limited liability company.
The reason to take this decision was repeated violations over the year of requirements of Russian legislation on countering illegitimate use of insider information and market manipulation and Russian securities legislation.
