The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel a licence of professional securities market participant to carry out dealer activity of Commercial Bank Transportny, limited liability company.
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation over the year of requirements of Russian legislation on countering illegitimate use of insider information and market manipulation.
