On reissuing forms of licences
On 27 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:
— Moscow-based JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL INNOVATION BANK OBRAZOVANIE, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Investment Company PLATFORM, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;
— Moscow-based International Commercial Bank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of name;
— Rostov-on-Don-based Public Joint-Stock Company Don Commercial Bank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Bank Financial Corporation Otkritie,public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Baltica, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Financial Company Siver, closed joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;
— Moscow-based Investment Company Centras-Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a conversion;
— Moscow-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank RUSSIAN CAPITAL, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Joint-Stock Company Bank of Innovation and Development to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Joint-Stock Company Russian Standard Bank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Interregional Commercial Bank for Development of Communication and Information Technology, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;
— Novosibirsk-based BCS — Investment Bank, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;
— Moscow-based Broker Company Standart, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;
— Moscow-based STOCK-EXCHANGE INDUSTRY COMPANY VPK, limited liability company, to carry out broker activity due to a change of location and conversion.
