On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 22 January 2015 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution International Urals Settlement House (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3322-Р, date of registration — 26 December 1997) and the appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-197, dated 29 January 2015) to terminate from 30 January 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution International Urals Settlement House, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3017, dated 27 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Closed Joint-Stock Company Non-Bank Credit Institution International Urals Settlement House or CJSC NCI IUSH Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
