On 29 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse:
to issue licence of professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management to the Vladimir-based Vladimir Industrial Bank (TIN 3329000313);
to issue licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Fort Morane Management Company, limited liability company, and to register rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based Fort Morane Management Company, limited liability company.
