On reissuing forms of licences

On 25 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of a professional securities market participant to the following entities:

joint-stock company Bank Accept (the city of Novosibirsk), to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

joint-stock company Otkritie Broker (the city of Moscow) to carry broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

Trend investment company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out broker, dealer, depository activity and securities management due to a change of location;

public joint-stock company National Bank Trust (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer, depository activity and securities management due to a change of name;

joint-stock company NK Bank (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name.
