On cancelling licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker

By its Order No. OD-3666, dated 26 December 2014, the Bank of Russia cancelled a licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker of the Insurance Broker Kazansky, limited liability company (registration number is 4155 in the unified state register of insurance entities).

This decision is taken because of the failure to correct in due time the violations of insurance legislation which caused to suspend the licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2612, dated 25 September 2014, ‘On Suspending the Licence to Perform Mediation Activity as an Insurance Broker of Insurance Broker Kazansky, Limited Liability Company’ and it becomes effective from the day of its publication in a printed media.
