On changes to insurance licence

The Bank of Russia by its Order No. OD-3669, dated 26 December 2014, resumed theinsurance licence issued to the Insurance Company Radonezh, limited liability company (registration number from the unified state register of insurance agents is 3118) due to remedial action.

At the same time, theBank of Russia by its Order No. OD-3670, dated 26 December 2014, suspended theinsurance licence of the LLC Insurance Company Radonezh as a result of the Company’s failure to properly comply within the specified period with a Bank of Russia order issued otherwise.

This decision is effective from the date of its publishing.

The suspension of the licence means that the insurance company is banned to conclude new insurance contracts, as well as to make changes resulting in higher liabilities under the contracts in force. The insurance company is obliged to take insurance claims and meet obligations.
