On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel a licence of professional securities market participant to perform broker and dealer activities and securities management issued to the closed joint-stock company Vector Securities Investment Company (hereinafter, the Company).
The reason to take this decision was repeated violations within a year of Russian securities legislation including those connected with the absence of the Company at the address (in the location).
