On 24 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
To recognize invalid the issue of series БО-01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Joint-stock Commercial Bank for Assisting Commerce and Business with ID No. 4В020100705В dated 29 April 2010;
To recognize invalid the issues of series БО-03, БО-05, БО-06 and БО-07 non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK SAINT PETERSBURG with ID Nos. 4В020300436В, 4В020500436В, 4В020600436В and 4В020700436В dated 07 September 2010;
To recognize invalid the issues of series БО-02 and БО-03 non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Joint-stock Commercial Bank AVANGARD with ID Nos. 4В020202879В and 4В020302879В dated 24 December 2010;
To resume the issue and to register a report on theresults of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Aircraft Equipment placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-08273-А-002D;
To resume the issue and to register a report on theresults of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company State Optical Institute named after S. I. Vavilov placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04277-D-001D;
To resume the issue and to register a report on theresults of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Ust-Srednekansk HPP placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55315-Е-004D;
To register reports on theresults of the issues of categories А1, А2 and Б non-convertible interest-bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent AIZhK
To register a report on theresults of the issue of category B non-convertible registered interest-bearing uncertified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent KhMB-2 placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-82445-H;
To register reports on theresults of the issues of categories А and Б non-convertible interest-bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent KhMB-2 placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-02-82445-H and 4-03-82445-H;
To register an issue of category А non-convertible interest-bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds and a prospectus of category А non-convertible interest-bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent SOYUZ-1, placed through public subscription,
to assign state registration number 4-02-82114-Н to the issue of securities;
To register an issue and a prospectus of category А non-convertible interest-bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds, placed through public subscription, and an issue of category Б non-convertible interest-bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds, placed through private subscription, of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Absolute,
to assign state registration numbers 4-01-71399-H and 4-02-71399-H to the issues of securities;
To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the closed joint-stock company Holding VTB Capital, placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-80121-N-004-D to the additional issue of securities;
To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified sharesof the open joint-stock company State Ryazan Instrument Engineering Plant, placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-55492-Е-002D.
To register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds and to the prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the public joint-stock company National Real Estate Development Company, placed through public subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-01-76838-H.
