On refusal to issue licence

On 26 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to issue to the Management Company Profinvestitsii, limited liability company, the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds and to refuse to register Internal Control Rules of the Moscow-based Management Company Profinvestitsii, limited liability company.
