On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 26 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund UGMK-Perspective through a transformation into the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund UGMK-Perspective; to take a decisionon the state registration of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund UGMK-Perspective and to reissue a document confirming a licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund UGMK-Perspective.
