On 24 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register:
the rules of trust management of the closed-end credit unit investment fund MERCURY managed by the closed joint-stock company New Management Technologies,
closed-end real estate unit investment fund Stratton City managed by Mercury Capital Trust, limited liability company;
the rules of trust management of mortgage coverage of Ratio — Mortgage Coverage mortgage participation certificates managed by the closed joint-stock company Ratio Capital Management Company.
