On reissuing forms of licences

On 26 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of the professional participant of the securities market to the following entities:

Moscow-based Bashkiria Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Inveco, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Kening Broker Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Yekaterinburg-based closed joint-stock company Sistema Profit Management Company to carry out operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Savings and Loans Services Bank, limited liability company, to carry out dealer activity due to a change of name (previous name: Expo Capital Bank, limited liability company).
